The Mnet team is a dedicated group of mobile services professionals whose experience over many years in the industry guarantees clients a superior level of service.

The company is led by a strong leadership team with years of experience working in the industry and working together. Each member of the executive team has had an average of more than 6 years experience in the mobile industry working with Mnet.

Horden Wiltshire
Chief Executive Officer

Horden joined Mnet in 2001 as Project Director and was responsible for a number of the company’s early infrastructure and mobile application initiatives. Appointed as CEO in early 2003, he has been responsible for building and leading an outstanding team that has transformed Mnet into the country’s leading mobile solutions company. Horden’s leadership skills were honed in the Royal Australian Navy, where his early career culminated in submarine command. His academic qualifications include Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), MBA and a Master of Science and Technology Commercialisation.

Barry Porter
Chief Financial Officer

Barry has been with Mnet from its inception and has been responsible for all financial planning and analysis as well as contributing significantly to the strategic planning and direction of the company. As the CFO and Company Secretary he is responsible for all financial, commercial, legal and compliance issues. Barry has had more than 20 years’ experience in business administration, finance and IT, including senior positions in the airline, transport and education industries. His experience with corporate finance and planning and the administration of complex businesses has been an important factor in Mnet’s success. Barry has an undergraduate degree in Accounting, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and has a Masters degree in Business Administration. He also sits on the Board of the Australian Dance Theatre.

Paul Paoliello
Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Prior to the m.Net Corporation and Mercury Mobility merger in 2009 Paul was the Chief Operations Officer of Mercury overseeing all aspects of content sales and marketing, business development, IT development, operations (editorial, multi-media, technical operations) and licensing. Prior to being promoted to this position he was the General Manager of Sales & Marketing.

Paul’s earlier career was forged in the music industry where he held a number of leadership roles including the Marketing Director of Zomba Records (now BMG) in Asia Pacific and then Managing Director of Zomba Records in Australia. He launched and sold the BIG record label to the Rajon label and assumed the role as Managing Director of Rajon in Australia. Paul has graduate certificate qualifications in Marketing Management.

Bob Humphreys
Chief Operations Officer

Bob joined Mnet in January 2005 to head up the Operations team. As Chief Operations Officer, Bob is responsible for the delivery of Mnet’s operational commitments to our clients, including the delivery and support of Products and Services as we develop and field exciting new applications across the mobile space. Bob also carries responsibility for Business Development within the company focused on identifying new opportunities with Carrier clients, and incorporating the growth of existing business lines. Bob has more than 18 years of experience heading up technical teams in challenging environments in operational, development and support roles. His expertise has been sought internationally and his assignments have taken him to Canada and the United States. His academic qualifications include and Bachelor of Engineering and MBA.

Luigi Iuliano
Chief Technology Officer

Lui has been an integral part of the Mnet team since June 2003. Lui has extensive experience in software engineering having worked both locally and internationally in the industry for over 12 years for leading technology brands including BAE Systems, RLM and Motorola. As Mnet’s Chief Technology Officer he is responsible for Mnet’s technology and software development strategy. His ability to deliver complex projects under tight timelines is well proven. Lui has a Bachelor of Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Adelaide.
