Mercury Content
(CMS and CMDS)
The Mercury Content platform comprises two key components the Content Management System (CMS) and Content Management Delivery and Distribution System (CMDS). It is a completely scalable system that currently holds millions of binaries across multiple content types and deploys to over 70 million end users around the world.
From ingestion to deployment all content is managed within this system. All content items are referenced with the appropriate metadata. All formats are created and stored ready for deployment to any site or system anywhere in the world. New metadata fields, new formats and new deployment sites can be created quickly and efficiently. New content types can be added with minimal development.
The Mercury CMDS platform has been developed based on much of our experience working with leading carriers over the last six years and its differentiated capabilities focus around merchandising content and maximising revenue for our clients. In particular the platform supports innovative merchandising capabilities.
Mercury Campaign Management
Mnet enables mobile marketing competitions and campaigns for media, marketing organizations and brands. The Mercury Competition Manager is a custom built application used to manage and aggregate mass media competition entries from a variety of consumer channels. Service management, configuration and reporting is managed one simple, unintuitive interface that aggregates all types of entry channels including SMS, IVR, WEB, Mobile WEB, and more.
Mercury Messaging
Mnet operates SMS infrastructure designed to exceed the highest throughput characteristics of any high volume SMS promotional event. The Mercury Messaging platforms supports high volume television voting activities such as Dancing With the Stars and other reality television voting activities. The system capacity is not limited by our infrastructure, but by the capacity of the respective downstream carrier networks to deliver and accept SMS traffic to and from our SMS infrastructure. The SMS services support standard and premium SMS transactions with all Australian mobile subscribers, and standard international SMS delivery to over 200 countries and territories globally. Mercury Messaging also supports MMS services to our Australian clients including MMS Push and receipt of User Generated Content via MMS to your dedicated MMS code.
Mercury IVR
Mnet operates Interactive Voice Response (IVR) infrastructure designed to exceed the highest throughput characteristics of any high volume IVR promotional event in the Australian marketplace. The IVR services can be accessed by all Australian mobile and fixed line services.
Mercury Streaming
Mnet provides mobile media, video and audio, streaming services in the standardised 3GP format. The mobile media streaming capability is available for clients who wish to supplement their mobile applications with a richer multimedia experience. Mnet utilises its own platform, and also works with Australian carriers to deliver media streams for carrier specific services.
Mercury AdServing
Our Ad Server technology is flexible and customisable to specific needs of the clients Web and mobile portals, and can be used to track internal inventory or manage inventory, revenue and spend sold to external advertisers.
Campaign Mobile
Campaign Mobile is a Software-as-a-Service mobile marketing platform that represents a unique convergence of the power of the Internet experience with the immediacy of the mobile phone. With a simple setup process and powerful delivery and reporting capabilities, Campaign Mobile allows users to create mobile campaigns that reach and engage their consumers.
